We offer two ways for submitting your fingerprints

FSO Services is approved to scan and upload fingerprints to SWFT for investigation processing. Let us help with your fingerprinting needs for a fixed per person fee or as part of our monthly service offering.

Mobile Fingerprint Service

Schedule an appointment with FSO Services for an on-site visit at your location. FSO Services will collect 2 hardcopy fingerprint cards to be scanned and uploaded.

Fingerprint Scanning

For customers outside the Tampa Bay Area you will need to complete and mail in the following forms:

Fingerprint Information Sheet

Mail your completed forms to: FSO Services, LLC 5506 El Cerro Drive New Port Richey, Florida 34655

Pricing: $50 Per person. FSO Services will invoice once prints have been uploaded via SWFT.

COVID-19 Protocols

Following CDC Guidelines on Social Distancing we will only meet with one applicant at a time per appointment. Our fingerprint technician will remain in appropriate mask and gloves the entire length of the appointment.
