David Touchton was in the Army and served in Operation Enduring Freedom, deploying to the Middle East on September 9, 2001, just two days before the September 11 attack. Featured in OrlandoVoyager, David talks about how he spent several years in the Army before receiving an honorable discharge due to an injury and then going into the private sector. His military experience was a good fit for companies that work with the Department of Defense. David held several positions of escalating responsibility before he made the leap and launched his own security company, which helps companies ensure the best security posture against today’s modern threats.
“FSO Services is a service-disabled, veteran-owned business. It provides industrial security services to companies who work with the Department of Defense,” says David. “We provide help to our clients to ensure that critical, national security information is properly accessed, handled, and safeguarded, so it does not fall into the hands of those who want to harm the U.S. We pride ourselves on being an everyday, go-to resource for our customers. They are often juggling tight deadlines and complex security regulations. Our goal is to help ensure the security of people and information is handled so they can deliver the best product possible for the soldiers and sailors who need it to do their jobs.”
